Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: October 16, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every use of Worple at https://worple.app. It is part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed with Creem as merchant of record. Failure to follow this AUP can result in job refusal, content removal, account suspension or termination, and loss of credits without refund.
1. Purpose
Worple is a polished MCP-first creative toolkit for legitimate image, video, audio/voice, music, and related creative work through AI assistants. It is an independent product built on third-party models and is not affiliated with those model creators.
2. Explicitly prohibited generation and use
You may not use Worple to create, request, upload, host, distribute, or promote:
2.1 Sexual / NSFW content
- Pornographic, explicit, or sexually suggestive images, video, or audio
- Suggestive, borderline, or sexually provocative gallery or showcase material
- Any marketing or prompts framed as "uncensored," "no filter," "NSFW," "18+," "unfiltered generation," or equivalent
2.2 Harmful impersonation and deception
- Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation tools or outputs used to deceive, defraud, or harm
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Non-consensual voice cloning or impersonation of real people
2.3 Illegal and abusive content
- Child sexual exploitation or any sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
- Content that facilitates violent crime, terrorism, or other illegal activity
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or targeted abuse
- Content that violates applicable law or third-party rights
2.4 Service abuse
- Attempts to bypass moderation, filters, rate limits, or credit accounting
- Reselling access in a way that violates our Terms
- Using the Service to build or market a competing "uncensored" generative product
3. What is allowed (examples)
Subject to model-provider rules and this AUP, typical allowed use includes:
- Product shots, marketing creatives, social posts, and brand visuals
- Short-form video, narration, and music where providers permit
- Editing utilities such as upscaling or background removal where available
- Legitimate creative iteration inside MCP-compatible assistants
Allowed use never includes the prohibited categories in Section 2.
4. Enforcement
We may:
- Block or cancel generations
- Remove stored assets
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
- Withhold refunds for violations
- Report illegal activity to authorities when required
- Share necessary information with Creem or other partners for compliance monitoring
5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your prompts, inputs, uploaded files, and how you use outputs. You must have rights and required consent for any person, brand, voice, or material you provide.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP to meet legal, safety, or payment-partner requirements. The latest version will be posted at https://worple.app/acceptable-use
