Terms of Service for Worple

Last Updated: October 16, 2026

Welcome to Worple!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Worple website at https://worple.app ("Website") and the services provided by Worple ("Services"). By using our Website and Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Worple.

1. What Worple is

Worple is an independent MCP-first AI creative platform. It provides an interface and toolkit that lets compatible AI assistants and agents access third-party creative models and tools—including image, video, audio/voice, music, and related utilities—through one integration.

Worple is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators of any underlying AI models or assistants (including, without limitation, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Cursor, or other model providers). Mentions of model or assistant names describe integrations or compatibility only.

2. Merchant of Record and payments

Paid plans, credit packs, and related purchases are processed by Creem as merchant of record (or another payment provider we designate). By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable payment provider's terms. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Credits, subscriptions, and allowances are described on our pricing page. Unused subscription credits, rollover, and expiration rules will be as published at the time of purchase. Pay-as-you-go credit packs are intended to be non-expiring unless we state otherwise at checkout.

3. Ownership and usage rights

When you purchase a subscription or credit pack, you receive a limited right to use the Services as described in your plan, subject to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and the licensing terms of underlying model providers. You may not resell or redistribute the Service as a competing product.

Commercial-use rights for generated assets depend on the underlying model/provider terms and your inputs. Do not assume generated media is universally cleared for commercial use.

4. Prohibited content (strict)

You must not use Worple to generate, request, upload, host, share, or market:

- NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
- Suggestive, borderline, or sexually provocative material
- Content advertised as "uncensored," "no filter," "unfiltered," "18+," or similar
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or exploitation material
- Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation outputs used to deceive, impersonate, or harm
- Non-consensual voice cloning or impersonation
- Content that promotes violence, illegal activity, child sexual exploitation, or other harmful uses prohibited by law or by our Acceptable Use Policy

We may refuse, block, or remove jobs and assets that violate these rules. We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without prior notice, and without refund where prohibited use is involved.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may use automated moderation (including tools required by our payment partners), human review, and provider-side filters. We may log prompts, outputs, and job metadata as needed to operate the Service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, and meet merchant-of-record / payment-partner requirements. Creem and other partners may conduct compliance monitoring of AI generation products.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Your use of Worple must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at https://worple.app/acceptable-use, which is incorporated into these Terms. If there is a conflict on content rules, the stricter prohibition applies.

7. User data and privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, and payment-related information, as necessary to provide the Services. See our Privacy Policy: https://worple.app/privacy-policy

8. Cookies and non-personal data

We use cookies and similar technologies to collect non-personal data (such as device and usage information) to improve the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is." Model availability, quality, latency, and costs may change. We do not guarantee any particular output quality, commercial clearance, or uninterrupted access to third-party models.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worple is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law.

12. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the Website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
